Ceramic and Marble Adhesive Plaster

APPLICATION AREAS:

* Used on interior and exterior wall and floor

* In ceramic tile mosaic heat insulation plates and natural and

non-sensitive natural stones in indoor and outdoor living areas

* In the laying of materials such as travertine decorative bricks.

INSTRUCTIONS

* An average of 6-7 liters of 25 kg FLYKIM should be mixed thoroughly

with a suitable low speed mixer or trowel to avoid lumps.

* Flykim should be mixed for 1-2 minute from the application date after

5 minutes of rest

* The size of the steel trowel to be applied to the mortar surface

should be determined according to the size of the ceramic to be laid

and its level of application.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

* Because it is cement based, don’t breathe the powder. Don’t touch

skin and face.

* Wash the places contacting skin and in case of eye contact with

plenty of water.

* Keep away from places where children can reach.

SURFACE PREPARATION

* The application surface is cleaned from anti-stick materials such as

dust, oil, tar, tar, paint, silicone.

* The surface should be clean, dry, smooth and firm.

* The thin plaster that swells on the surface should be scraped and

cleaned thoroughly.

* Very porous surfaces are washed and it should be expected up to

the removal of water layer in a manner the surface remains damp.

* Defects on the surface to be applied should be corrected with repair

mortar.

APPLICATION LIMITS

* Duration of use of prepared mortar: Pot life: maximum 3 hours

* Running time: 20 minutes

* Correction time: 10 minutes

* Time required for joint application: 24 hours

* Ground lifting time: 24/48 hours

* Between 3 and 10 mm (single or double sided adhesive)

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Ambient temperature is between +5 and +35 degrees.

* It shouldn’t be applied on frozen and melting surfaces or the surfaces

with frost hazard within 24 hours.

* Don’t use under sunlight, strong winds and on hot surfaces.

* 120 cm2 6x6x6 mm single sided adhesive.
