Perlite Rough Plaster Mortar

APPLICATION AREAS:

It can be easily used under brick, concrete, pumice, block, briquette,

aerated concrete, roof and basement columns and beams, gypsum

wood laminate and parquet floors in exterior and interior of constructions.

It is used as a mortar and light screed for all kinds of superficial

repairs with brick briquet and bims.

FEATURES:

It provides easy and fast application with the machine. The surface is

terminated by single layer application. It takes coarse and fine plastering

together. Maximum 2.5 cm should be used on one floor. second

coat should be applied after 2 days if desired. It should be used with

a minimum thickness of 1 cm. With its homogenous structure, high

adhesion and provide strength resistances.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Blended branded perlite coarse plaster mortar was not added to the

ready mix before water was added.

14-15 lt. the entire 25 kg Kraft bag is emptied onto the water. In order

to obtain a good consistency from the mixture, the sides of the container

must be peeled off and mixed again with the help of the trowel.

When mixing the product, it is necessary to use mixers and mixers

of 800-1200 rpm for good homogeneity. Mixing time is about 2 to 3

minutes until the mixture is mixed. The mixture is completely consumed

and applied. If the product starts to get plugged during use, the

product is mixed and nothing is added.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

The application ambient temperature is between +5 and 35 degrees.

Do not apply on surfaces that are frozen or dangerous to frost within

24 hours. Do not apply on hot surfaces under severe sun and wind.
